Answer of Q5. “What are the benefits of reducing food waste?”
How are you doing? I hope you are spending a nice summer! Before I answer to the question, I have an announcement. This would be the last post, unfortunately. This time I will answer the Q5. “What are the benefits of reducing food waste?” To answer this question, I selected these two sites; the one was http://www.globalopportunitynetwork.org/report-2016/reduce-food-waste/ , and the other was https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2016/apr/07/reducing-food-waste-would-mitigate-climate-change-study-shows . From the first site, I found that reducing the amount of food waste can benefit economically; for example, food producers can benefit by reducing food waste in regard to their sales. In addition, the site says that “Saving one-fourth of the food currently wasted is enough to feed all the hungry people in the world.” I felt this site is trustworthy because this site publishes many reports about the facts of food waste.
